Apart from Cricket, i have to discuss with you about an untold story.

But this was just the beginning of the game. What’s next then, if this was the beginning.

Cricket is considered as popular sports when compared to Football, Tennis, Basketball and other sports. The reason was the slow cricket. Analyzing deeply we find that, you tune in the tv and you are a sports freek where u get an opportunity to watch a test match.

Who would like to witness a competition that Is going to be played for 5 days that end in a draw. What a boring thing this seems to be. With the changing trends and changing life styles, life kept on moving fast, fast and even more fast making it more difficult for the people to find time for themselves.

Keeping in view certain initiatives were taken that were mandatory to retain the cricket fans. Therefore ODI and finally T20 Cricket has been Introduced. T20 International gained this much popularity in just 3-4 years which other formats couldn’t get in decades. The result was the emergence of International T20 leagues and in few years, Cricket has become a Multi Million Dollars Business.

The Commercial aspect of International Cricket that has disturbed superstars like Sachin R. Tendulkar are as follows;

These Leagues have engaged the hearts of millions in few years and now cricket fans wait desperately to see their favourite superstars in action each year in a mixed team.

Another event has been added to the series that is far beyond in the entertainment when compared to these leagues. The speciality of that tournament is that it will be played on ice.

What are you thinking?

Cricket played on ice. Yes, you have heard it right. Played in Minus 5 degree Centigrade at St. Moritz. In Swiss Alps. The game is termed as ICE Cricket Challenge.

Participiting teams were Shahid Afridi’s Royal XI and Sehwag Diamond XI.

Spotted Superstars;

The matches played on a frozen, snow-covered lake on an artificial turf carpet, with players using traditional cricket gear and a red ball, but wearing normal sports shoes rather than spikes. It’s been another bustling week in Associates’ cricket, with a portion of the greatest names in sports name cricket.

Those included were Other Superstars, Aussie’s run machine Mike Hussey, Srilankan titan Mahela Jayawardene, Aussie’s ruthless Andrew Symonds, South Africa’s Mr. defendable Graeme Smith, All Times Legend Jacques Kallis, Kiwi’s Daniel Vettori, Nathan McCullum (the destructive machine), Grant Elliot, Monty Panesar and Lasith Malinga.

Shahid Afridi’s Royals white washed Virender Sehwag’s Palace Diamonds in the two sizzling T20 encounters before a substantial TV gathering, despite of the fact that solidifying temperatures kept the neighborhood swarm measure unobtrusive.

The recreations themselves were nothing if not engaging, Sehwag and Jacques Kallis particularly appeared to be unrestricted by age or massive garments as they treated spectators to a supporting showcase of clean hitting.

Pakistani heartthrob Shahid Afridi also called as Lalla (tough retired from International cricket yet he plays in Official T20 League of Pakistan – HBLPSL, and represents Karachi Kings) has a huge fan following all over the world. The man has been called by many names but he is most famous as ‘Boom Boom’ Afridi for his ruthless batting. The Superstar has won the hearts of Indian cricket lovers with his gesticulation towards the Tri-colour.

After leading his team Royals XI to win over Virender Sehwag-led Diamonds XI in the first edition of Ice Cricket Challenge at St Moritz in Switzerland, Afridi found himself surrounded by cricket fans eager to get his autograph and pictures clicked with him.

What is Permalink | Permalink Structure of Moz Top500 Sites

0

Moz’s list of the top 100 domains and pages on the web.

In This Articles i have taken the list of Top 500 sites from the Moz. The moz defines the Top 500 sites of the World and their Authority ranking and Trust factor.

But important thing is that there are lot of people who don’t know about the permalinks. Therefore i’ll create the permalinks, taking the Top 500 domain of the world and from these i’ll show the permalinks to you.

Before moving forward, lets check, what is a permalink?

A permalink is the link to an individual blog post. These are important because if you ever need to link to an exact blog entry (e.g., as part of a carnival), you use the permalink as your link. It’s poor blog etiquette not to use the permalink.

If you don’t use the permalink, you’ll just be linking to your main blog page. The problem with that is that, as you post new blog entries, the newest entry appears at the top of your main blog page and the other entries are pushed down on the page.

The entry your readers are looking for may be down at the bottom of the page or already in the archives; your reader has no idea where to find the entry! If they click over to your site expecting to see a specific post related to a carnival and they see a different post, they may not take the time to find the “real” post they’re looking for.

You can find the permalink link under any blog entry. However, not all blog hosts/designs handle permalinks the same way.

Rohit Sharma will lead Team India in Asia Cup 2018

0
Cricket News - Asia Cup 2018
Rohit Sharma will lead the Indian team during the Asia Cup 2018 with regular skipper Virat Kohli being rested from the 16-member squad for the upcoming tournament. Manish Pandey, Ambati Rayudu and Kedar Jadhav have been recalled to the squad while Suresh Raina, Umesh Yadav and Siddarth Kaul, who all featured in the ODI squad on England tour, are among the ones to miss out.

“He has been playing for quite sometime and looking at the workload we have given him [Kohli] the rest,” said MSK Prasad, chairman of the senior selection panel. “I would like to say that I was there for the third Test match and we sat for a discussion about the workload management. We need to preserve our precious players who play all three formats and looking at that workload issue we decided to rest him for the Asia Cup.”

India squad: Rohit Sharma (c), Shikhar Dhawan (vc), KL Rahul, Ambati Rayudu, Manish Pandey, Kedar Jadhav, MS Dhoni (wk), Dinesh Karthik, Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Axar Patel, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, Khaleel Ahmed

Pandey, who was excluded from the squad for the ODI series against England, forced his way back into the team after a strong showing in List A cricket. He was the highest run-scorer in the recent quadrangular series which featured ‘A’ teams from South Africa and Australia along with India A and India B. He led from the front in India B’s victorious campaign, scoring 306 runs in four games with one hundred and two fifties, and remained unbeaten throughout.

Rayudu, who had been withdrawn from the squad for the ODI series against England due to a failed yo-yo test, recently featured in the quadrangular series along with Jadhav, who returned to active cricket after a lengthy lay-off owing to a hamstring injury he suffered during the first match of IPL 2018. While Rayudu managed a couple of half-centuries and a knock of 48 in four games to finish as the third highest run-getter, Jadhav could only manage 30 runs in three innings.

The return of Pandey, Rayudu and Jadhav signals another round of musical chairs when it comes to middle-order positions, especially the No. 4 slot. When asked if these inclusions puts Raina out of contention, Prasad said: “We have quite a few games coming up [to audition] for that slot, you know. That’s definitely one of the slots that we’re looking at. We’ve been trying different options and in those options we have given opportunity to Manish and Rayudu this time.”

The squad announced on Saturday (September 1) includes Khaleel Ahmed who has earned his maiden India call-up. A 20-year-old left-arm pacer from Rajasthan, Khaleel was part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team during the 2018 edition of the IPL but got to play only one game in which he went wicketless while conceding 38 runs off three overs. The left-armer, however, has come up with good performances in recent months, picking up seven wickets for India A in the quadrangular series to finish as the joint third highest wicket-taker. He also did well in the ‘A’ team tri-series in England, picking up six wickets in three games including a three-wicket haul in the final against England Lions.

“We are closing in on those core group of players around whom the places will be revolving around here on till the World Cup. We have already closed down on that. Two-three slots we are yet to finalise. So for those slots, we will be looking at these 24 matches (coming up before the World Cup). Among that a seamer’s slot is available and we are looking at a left-handed option in Khaleel,” said Prasad.

Meanwhile, the wait continues for Mayank Agarwal despite his rich vein of form. Agarwal was the second highest run-getter in the quadrangular series, finishing with 236 runs in four games at an average of 59, with one hundred and a fifty. He was India A’s highest run-getter, and the second highest overall, in the tri-series in England, scoring 287 runs in four games at an average of 71.75, including two hundreds. The 27-year-old opening batsman from Karnataka had also scored 220 against South Africa A in the four-day match at the Chinnaswamy stadium.

Prasad noted that Mayank “is just a step away” from earning his maiden India call-up. “Mayank has been fantastic and has been performing consistently in the last 10-12 months time. He is just a step way and I’m sure in due course I’m sure he will get his recognition. He did well in all three formats in whatever opportunites he got in domestic cricket and for India A. We will definitely look at him when we rest some of those senior cricketers,” Prasad said.

In the bowling department, Jasprit Bumrah returns to the ODI set-up after missing the 50-over games against England due to a thumb injury he sustained during the first T20I against Ireland. The pacer was forced to miss second T20I against Ireland and the subsequent limited-overs series against England before he returned to the Indian team for the third Test. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who has been recovering from a back injury, also features in the squad, having recently played in the 50-over game against South Africa A in which he picked up three wickets.

India’s Asia Cup campaign kicks off on September 18 with a game against the team that wins the Qualifiers, Check out the Schedule. They play their second game the very next day against arch-rivals Pakistan and should they finish among the top two sides from their group, they will make it to the Super four stage with starts from September 21 while the final will be held on September 28.
